Memory Bear Process

So you are looking at a Memory Bear but are curious about how it works? I know, I know it seems like a lot of steps, but I promise it is not that complicated! Here is how the process works:

1. Order your Memory Bear online: When you order your item you will be given the option to leave any notes at checkout. Here you can leave all your customization requests. If we have any follow up questions or clarifications we will contact you through email.
2. Send us your special fabrics: Once you have placed your order, you receive a follow up email. This email will include instructions about the different ways we can get your fabrics. This includes three different address for drop off as well as a shipping address.
3. We make your bear & ship it to you: Once we have received your fabrics we contact you to let you know we have them and give you an estimated time of completion. Then we will begin to build your bear! After your bear is built we ship it back to you!
