Once your order is placed, an email will be sent to you with the address of where to send the clothing.
Please mail the clothing or cherished materials to the address provided. If you are local and would prefer to drop off, please leave a note at checkout.
Once your clothing arrives, you will receive an email with an estimate of completion date for when the bear will be shipped out.
Once completed, the bear will be shipped back to you in a personalized storage bag.
