Here are some of the most commonly asked questions about our Memory Bears!
- Is the name customization free? Or what is the charge? Currently it is free with your bear purchase, because we love the special detail this adds to your bear
- What fabrics do you recommend? We can work with most fabrics, but we do see great results from cotton and fleece. We’ve used corduroy and jean as well and it turned out wonderful too! If you have a special piece in mind and are curious how the fabric will work, send us a message!
- Are the eyes and nose always black? Yes, unless you tell us otherwise we will make them black.
- How much fabric do you need? Do you send the extra fabric back? We recommend at least 4 pieces of clothing. If you have sent us a lot we will reach out to see what pieces you’d like before taking them all apart. Yes, we do send the unused pieces back!
- How do we get the fabric to you? We send a follow up email after purchase with two drop off locations and a shipping address.
- How long does it take to make a bear? Once we have received your materials, it takes 1-2 weeks to complete!
- Does every bear come with a storage bag or is that extra? It is a special detail that we love about the bear, so we add them in free of charge.
